There was a prior post here that spoke of Nil and it's affect on athletics.
I also feel the state of academia at LBSU is of major importance. Retention of professors is at an all time low. It has become a revolving door. Look at the school website as it speaks volumes. Also look at University Relations and Development (URD) where there are many vacancies.
These issues will also greatly affect player retention.
We have little alumni involvement compared to the past. This is greatly affecting the present and not in a good way. This will also affect the future.
In addition we large infrastructure expenses that are necessary and that cannot be continually kicked down the road.
This will all affect player attention and retention.
