(Please, no more UCSB flunky's) I'm tired of all the excuses about our low salary, the high cost of living and so on. Within the last few years, Fullerton hired an experienced A.D. which has resulted in a much improved basketball and now a resurgent baseball program. Sacramento hired the A.D. from St. Mary's to take over and they have improved significantly. Get it right or we may be facing a diminished future.
