Ok genuine OE battery turned up from TPs , lot of money, looked the part, read off the codes by the QR square and thought I had it sorted, no chance, the newer replacement for the OE battery part number has changed, and the battery spec is higher, could not adaption in, and had customer staring over my shoulder then, spoke to Derek at Ilexa as support for my VCDS, still could not adapt new battery, now Sean commented earlier he has had no car problems since fitting a battery on his own car, so what is the definitive answer, I have given up !!
