I have a friend who is trying to purchase this house. It is a historical house in Aquasco and has the historical marke on it. Right now the banks owns it so they aren't wanting to lower the price any, but I looked on the property search to find old sellers, but I just wanted to see if anybody could give me a little more history on the house. My friend is wanting to restore it and estimates it would take roughly $300,000 to do. Thanks for any information you have on the house!
