The lead to the mill, this track was brand new when the state built the new highway bridge and had to move the railroad:

Here was the switch to the roundhouse:

Some of the 60# rail in the yard rolled in 1888:

The switch on the bridge, believe me a cold place to stand in February with the wind off the Big Lake:http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c282/elshogger/Tearing%20up%20the%20track%20in%20Ontonagon/Switchstandonbridge_zps5287356a.jpg
The Ontonagon Depot, it is getting shoddier by the year:http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c282/elshogger/Tearing%20up%20the%20track%20in%20Ontonagon/OntonagonDepot_zps527fc210.jpg
They still have a lot of work ahead of them. The mainline west to the shipyard has come out yet along with the 3 yard tracks, the house track, Hawley's track and the rails on the bridge. The materials are being trucked to Mass for loading in ELS gons. Soon the railroad in Ontonagon will be a memory.
