What they were offering was essentially manual labor, but the interviewer indicated they were willing to train. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and seemed to go well.
The next day I got a rejection email. And since companies aren't obligated to tell an applicant why he or she got rejected, if I did something wrong, I can't fix it. Later that month, I had applied for a similar job with another company doing the same kind of work. I didn't even get the dignity of face to face contact with anybody.
It is, as another poster pointed out earlier this year, quite impersonal, and I might add, maddeningly frustrating.
I hope God will forgive me, but I feel a lot of anger and bitterness over being treated like this by one company after another.
