What is the sudden surge in outdoor scenes shot in the same location? Everyone in town goes to one spot in a teeny tiny park? Is this a fourth quarter emergency budget saving move or an attempt to jazz up the show? I don't get it and I find it so distracting. And I can't imagine that much money is being saved because they don't have to erect sets. This is NOT the good old days of Gloria Monty filming on location. Those scenes were riveting (Luke and Jennifer's aborted wedding, the sailboat seduction, the Mayor's Mansion, just to name three).
