OK - I've been watching and listening to Paul Simon a lot lately, and that's good, I happen to like Paul....
tho I still prefer his albums with Artie Garfunkel ~> but apparently they don't talk to each other anymore...let alone SING together.
It Is What It Is / What Can We Do?
So in honour of ART GARFUNKEL, here's my favourite song of his....
which to me has got a similar harmony to S&G's "Scarborough Fair/Canticle". (please see vid below)

<> "Mary Was An Only Child" / Art Garfunkel ***
*** from his debut LP "Angel Clare" released in 1973 after Artie's split with Paul Simon.
For the record (pun intended, hahaha) "Angel Clare" happens to be a fictional character about an idealistic husband in the story of:
"Tess of the d'Urbivilles". He is disillusioned by Tess's revelations to him but he eventually comes to terms with his love for her. - Thomas Hardy (author)
