If one likes it, bread pudding is an option, too.
Also, the inn variety of French toast, as well. The kind that is often made with fresh berries, and sits overnight in a baking dish, so that it just bakes the next morning. I have always made the type that goes in a pan or on a griddle, but people seem to like the other variety, too.
Tilapia is a delicious pan fish. Add lemon at the end, and you're ready to go!
