What is considered an "outing" to the WIAA. Is it every weigh-in or each event? For example does a two day tournament count as one outing?

An outing is when your wrestler wrestles another kid from a different school during the high school regular season at anytime. So say you have joint practices with another school that is an outing. Check with Justin Kesterson to be sure.
