Here's a summary of the rule changes (I'm sure our wonderful BTB will want them spelled out completely, but...)
-Random draw is no longer required for dual meets, coaches can agree to go "old school" (lightest to heaviest).
-Clarified that leg sleeves no longer require a pad.
-Clarified that when giving the chance to pin after a tech fall has been achieved, the match ends when they come out of near-fall criteria (the old rules were "pinning situation" or "danger" in layman's terms and last year's update wasn't consistent).
-Clarified that the "leg cradle" counts as a body lock - it's always been called this way, but the rules clarify it.
-The rules clarify language on the illegal "leg block" or "cut back"
-Uniform markings clarified, this is mostly an administrative update to make all of the sports consistent.
-Some referee signals were clarified, which nobody except us refs will care about :D
I was hoping the "out of bounds" would bring in language about the cylinder instead of "point of contact" but alas, no change there.
