Oh come on! Club Wrestling is a bunch of people who couldnt be more than HS JV or at best, State Champs. Please dont smear how great actual NAIA, D3-D1 AA’s are with those that dont have restrictions on grades or class load. Club Wrestling is full of people who jumped in to try it after BJJ, or never wrestled before. Ive heard so many coaches say they wrestled in College and the follow up answer is, “Washington” and “WSU”. Anyone who actually wrestled even NAIA lets out a sigh. It is not Legit.

This tournament is legit, it has teams that are in their probation period while transferring divisions. Bellarmine won the last two years and were D1 this year. In the past Cal Bapist has been in this tournament. This years transfers included Menlo(D2), Thomas Moore (D2), and Tarlington State (D1).
And for the record, clubs do have restrictions and grades and class loads.
So maybe get your facts straight because you kinda sound like a dumbass right now....

When did Menlo drop down to the club level ? I thought they were NAIA?

They were NAIA. When schools change classification they have a two year probation period before they can compete in post season in their new division. So they compete in the NCWA. Next year, Menlo will compete in D2.

Taleton State? A D1 School like many others that have a Club. That Tourney is filled with HS JV Wrestlers. Just like WSU or UW, its not serious.

Club is a joke. Anyone who actually wrestled for real in College knows this. Im sorry you waisted the money on a Wrestling License Plate, only for it to pay for some 1 credit flunky. Tell your kid to start out in HS next time and maybe they would be recruited.

"Waisted" vs "wasted"
Waisted = adjective
"Having a waist of a specified kind (usually used in combination):
long-waisted; high-waisted.
(of an object, a container, etc.) shaped like a waist; having concave sides: a waisted vase.

Wasted = adjective
done to no avail; useless: wasted efforts.
physically or psychologically exhausted; debilitated: to be wasted by a long illness.

Where I am going with this, is if you really did do NAIA, D1, 2, 3, you clearly missed out on the education component, and probably "wasted" money/time.

Well Club Wrestling is popular in Washington, but the talent just isnt there.
