Girls 2A Districts

Well it looks like national seeded girls team Toppenish has to worry about winning state next week. Or it just might mean Toppenish girls are going downhill. Othello came and showed them what’s up not letting Toppenish pull ahead of them the past 2 days.

I was out watching 2A girls in Bellingham and the girls of Toppenish and Othello have nothing to fear.
To think somebody calls what I witnessed, "wrestling". I was there watching my granddaughter not qualify for state.

The Othello girls showed up and wrestled, but it's unlikely they'll have more than one girl in the finals next week, whereas Toppenish will likely have three to four girls represented at the state finals. Now go enjoy your district title, which will soon be overshadowed.👍🏼

Same thing happened last year at districts “Othello beat Toppenish” and Toppenish still came out on top at state last years. Looks like the same thing will happen this year, it ok enjoy your district title while the Toppenish girls will enjoy the state title once again.

Depth is shown at Districts, but quality of wrestlers are shown at the dome. Toppenish’s studs will pull away with the team title.

How did The district Champs do at State??
