WIAA Wgt Mngt information

Am attempting to find specific information regarding WA state wgt management/hydration test procedure. Have scoured WIAA.com. It specifically states:
"47.6.0 WEIGHT CONTROL PLAN – The Washington Wrestling Weight Management Program will be followed. The text of the
Wrestling Weight Management Program can be accessed on the WIAA Web site at www.wiaa.com."

I have input their exact words into the search, but NOTHING comes up. Anyone have a link to where the information might be on WIAA.com?
