Do the changes for the USA WRESTLING is the same for high school?

NFHS rules is for folkstyle so I take it in that sense yes folkstyle rules are changing.

USA Wrestling has 2 rules modifications for girls Folkstyle that will be used for USA wrestling TOA tourneys and USA wrestling National tourneys only. Step out and neutral starts will not be used in other tourneys.
