I can't believe they're still letting kids wear those gigantic logos on their Nikes! Every time my poor son steps on the mat against that other kid with the swoosh, it's like he's facing a walking billboard. How is this fair? It's a constant distraction, and my son can't focus on the match because he's too busy staring at that enormous checkmark.
They regulate the size of logos on headgear, but when it comes to shoes, it's like there are no rules! My boy is out there, giving it his all, and he has to contend with a Nike-sponsored spectacle. It's about time they address this issue – my son deserves a fighting chance without being overshadowed by a shoe logo.
I've had enough of this logo madness; it's time for the wrestling authorities to step up and level the playing field. No more giant swoosh distractions – let the kids wrestle without feeling like they're up against a corporate giant on the mat!

I completely understand your concern. Just last week I saw a boy take a single leg shot lift the leg up and just completely stop holding the boys one leg in the air as he was memorized by swoosh that he was holding in his hand. He eventually just sat the boys leg back down as he didn't feel worthy enough to even be on the same mat, and forfeited the match.
They probably should make a rule any logos on shoes should be no greater than .25"x.25". We gotta make sure that all wrestlers stand "pun intended" an equal chance.

Yo where did you say they're getting these Nikes with giant logos at again? Don't hold out on me now, my only other chance for making a statement is forcing the singlet to ride up to my hip bones.

You can tell an basic shoe by looking at the shoe. They have the same symbol on the side of their shoe that takes up most the shoe. You can tell adidas by looking at the size of the shoes. This is one of the craziest complaints I've ever heard. Welcome to 2024, I guess...

Technically I think the logos are either unsportsmanlike. Maybe I can get a rule check. Rudis logos on headgear were just as bad. We need to get rid of logos so we can worry about wrestling
