What happened to Sunnyside?

They’ve been projected to take the crown all year long but is it even possible to overtake the deficit now being behind Chiawana by 26 points?

Chiawana has 19 pins so far in the tournament. Tahoma and Sumner have 10. Sunnyside has 7. Chiawana came up big when it counted most.

Lol that's not a team he built this is Jack's left overs see where the team is two to three years from now if it is sustained then give props.

Oh you're one of them huh, of course they're Jack's left overs, this is high school buddy, this aint the league, they have to come back assuming they're not seniors! The coach still coached the kids, they had to of gotten better throughout the year under his leadership, haters are gonna hate. Like I said, CONGRATS TO THE NEW HEAD COACH!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one is surprised other than sunnyside, they dodged all of their competition all season, and had to find out their truth at the Dome.

They have the talent, but their leadership isn’t next level. But it depends on your goals. Sunnyside will always be tough and have been forever.

If you look at Chiawana's results, it will tell you why. They had 20 PINS! Let me repeat that, 20 PINS! That's 40 extra bonus points. The 2nd place team, S.Kitsap was 21 pts back and had 9 pins. Just saying...

Listen , I’m a lower valley parent from 1A. My nephew wrestled for Sunnyside. I was at regionals , we had a sea of kids going to state , chiawana had way less kids , but the truth is standing from my point of view chiawana sent dogs to state , we sent a whole lot of noise . Fernandez got it done , jasso, aremendariz. But everyone else disappeared. Chiawana will be crowned again next year , and you can thank two guys . Two brilliant wrestling minds ,, Travis Ayer’s and Rob Vaughn . They got those kids at a young age .
They lost juddah and Medina . That’s it . Everyone else better be planning to get second .. that’s the truth . No one has any data it will be different . Go grizzly’s but chiawana that’s the 4A team that will be on top again .
