What is the record for # of team titles won by one coach?

I was asked this question and figured I could get an accurate response here. What is the record for number of team titles won by one coach? Coach Barnes of Lake Stevens has 11. Does any individual head coach in any division have more than that?

Barnes would be my guess. Not sure if someone from Moses was around long enough to beat it. If there is someone with more, I'm guessing old school Sedro or Moses.

I got Barnes at 11, Ron Seibel (Moses Lake) and Rick Bowers (Warden) at 9

Thanks Steve. I figured you would know and the three you mentioned are the guys I thought were the contenders. Your numbers appear to be right.
