The story I was told is her dad interviewed for the head girls coaching position in Moses Lake and did not get the job. So in retaliation he told school that his daughter would not be wrestling for Moses Lake.

The Prescotts are an amazing family and the daughter is a young amazing and respectful girl. This thread is not about “running away” or belittling her.

My only issue with this is how she played soccer for ML High School in the fall and is now playing a sport in Royal. How was this allowed? I was also told her family don’t live in Moses Lake as they live in Ephrata. Same with the Warden girl who is now in Royal. Story was she started a couple weeks practicing with warden at start of season and suddenly showed up in Royal line up. How does the WIAA or athletic directors have this approved?
