I知 just wondering if one style is actually better for the job. Like, if I have to dive in and call a pin, or hop over two heavyweights who roll right into my lane, do pleated pants get caught up or bunch weird? Do flat-fronts move better when I知 scrambling around the mat trying not to get run over? And I知 also thinking about long tournament days versus a simple dual. I致e heard some pants hold up way better under hours of sweating, bending, and sprinting. I don稚 want to end up looking like a wrinkled trash bag by round three.
Another thing I知 confused about is whether these pants have a flex or expander waist. The website mentions it on some models but not all, and I知 not sure if that actually makes a difference when I知 officiating様ike, does it help when I知 down on a knee or trying to squeeze around the scorer痴 table? I also kinda want to know where the proceeds go when you buy from the NFHS store. I assume it supports officials somehow, but I honestly have no clue.
My biggest question is about fit. Do these pants feel different when I知 actually officiating洋oving, twisting, getting low熔r do they basically fit the same as when I知 just standing still at the table about to ding a coach for questioning my judgment call? I don稚 care about fashion at all. I知 not about to show up in jorts or anything weird. I just want pants that work for everything: dual meets, weekend tournaments, sprinting to the out-of-bounds line, crouching for a near-fall count, all of it. I just want whatever helps me be the best version of the official I知 trying to become.
If anyone has experience with these pants or just general advice, I壇 appreciate it. I知 new, I知 learning, and I知 trying to get this right. Thanks for any help.
