Oh wait, there is not room for a bunch of spectators on the floor. That is the same at all state level, and above tournaments. If someone really needed to be there then I guess they could signup at the start of the season, pay for a background test, take and pay for the USAW online courses needed for a pass (about 2 hours) and when done get a coaches pass. Then they could be in the floor. This is available to anyone.
