Samuel Valencia should be ranked above Crew Lambro at 4A 120 because Samuel already beat him this season in a previous match at Tri-State. Even though it technically wasn’t in our state I don’t see how that should matter in the sense that as said once, he beat him, so that should put Valencia above Lambro.
