So if a wrestler missed the eligible weight class and they have not been "locked in" by their coach, can they still wrestle at the lowest eligible weight class that their plan allows? ex) the wrestlers two weights he can weigh-in at are 144 and 150, but
the wrestler weighs-in at 157. Who will report this if no one really knows?
