My records show Black vs Monaghan twice this year. Monaghan won 17-9 at Warden, Black won 6-4 at Connell. I haven't seen any results of Black beating anyone else ranked ahead of her, and also don't see any results of her beating opponents who beat the people ahead of her. I'm thinking our definitions of "way off" might differ from one another. I do think the top 7 are all close at that weight.
