I depend on help on the message board with information that the rankers can use to be accurate. If a team is in the wrong division then please post that here or email it to me and I will send it to the appropriate ranker. The point of my post is that it is up to the ranker to do the best job they can and up to the fans to do the best job they can in providing information to help correct obvious issues. You mentioned the poster (posting to the website? - that's me), the admin (also me) and anyone else who has access (also only me). All the positions you mentioned are manned by me and I don't follow the wrestlers enough to ever try to correct a ranker. They scour the results, I don't, so they have a much better feel of what going on and I am no help in the department.
My days of intimately knowing almost everything that went on in Washington wrestling was more like 1997-2015. Now I just recruit help from volunteers that have that type of knowledge, and the desire to study the results, so I can maintain this site for the wrestling community. You never know, we may all be on our last legs with this. We all do what we can to keep things going out of a sense of obligation to wrestling, a sport we all love.
I for one am grateful that we have always had people step up to help with rankings and any other technical issues. I hope the community appreciates all the work everyone does to provide this for you, and at no costs to you.
PS: Sorry if you thought I was being a butt. I was just trying to spell out the realities of running a media site in 2024. Are you and I okay?
