Back when I was coaching if one of my kids, either my sons or others, had someone inexperienced I would try to talk to their parents or coaches and see if they wanted them to just have a match for practice or not. Then I would tell my wrestlers what to do. It was all about mattime for the beginners. In high school that is dangerous because one mistake can get you stuck! So practice is for practice.
