You must not be a college wrestling fan then. Getting bonus points is encouraged. You will see multiple take downs and cutting and attempts at getting tilts and turn to run up the score before a pin can be secured. You must also not be a freestyle fan. Techs are more common in freestyle. If no turn has occurs within 10-15" then the ref brings them back on their feet. Multipel takes downs and turns occur without actually pinning your opponent.
