I’ve heard programs that reward or acknowledge total points scored. In these programs this does drive the kids to want to be the leader in points. Same as tracking pins and takedowns. If you reward the kids as the best takedown on the team and I am 5 behind the leader I am going to get my 5 in one match. Programs that don’t do this I feel are there for wins and those kids get in and out as soon as possible
