I don't know who is over there but you can go to the WOA website and fill out the contact request and they should get a hold of you. Let me know next week whether they contacted you or not as you know how technology can go wrong. I spent about 5-6 hours working on software issues on my network the past 3 days so I know that things don't always work the way they should.
