I like the way it was done before because it was very straight forward.
When dealing with Track and match ups it might not be as cut and dried.
The new system will allow a kid that has a great year to be seeded higher than they would've been in the old system, when they may not have any seeding criteria.
Freshman now can be seeded where in the past they were not.
At the end of the day, I hope Track gets it right. We'll see this year and hopefully adjustments will be made if necessary.
