Stanford's endowment was to help augment additional costs not covered by the athletic program. They have one year to figure out how to fund their entire athletic program. Wrestling, unfortunately, falls below 7 or 8 other sports in funding priority. I think the situation with the Beavers is more dire. The teams moving to the Big10 may decide that baseball, soccer, and other sports, are more appealing than the travel costs of wrestling. I hope you're right but methinks it's going to be tough.
