So the thing I see with good ol' Toppenish is that they will never see that anything is wrong with their system or environment. They will always look at the trophies as the justification for accepting everything that has happened. People that have been involved with the program that are no longer there have some real horror stories about it. They just want to be on the map, recognized as the best of the best, etc and their reputation doesn't mean anything to them. And it's working. They are a powerhouse.
