Winning state titles is unimportant at this time with all the legal issues we see in the school district being much more pressing. For years the posts on here were because Toppenish was the best team in the state, the Cock of the Walk, and some people just don't like that. Human nature. It happened to Lakes Stevens, Sedro Woolley, etc over the years depending on who was having great success. The difference is that nothing ever happened at those places that was anything like what is being disclosed publicly about the entire school district. The concern now should be the safety of all the kids, not just the wrestlers, and getting these issues handled properly and legally. This is a mess and I wish and hope that cooler heads prevail. JMHO
