Bread and Butter is one of the best camps in the pacific northwest in my opinion. The technicians/coaches are legit (rotating throughout the camp to teach you their go-to moves)-- you drill the first part of the day, then have team duels the latter part of the day. The camp location has a ton of stuff for the wrestlers to do when they are not on the mat, swimming, climbing wall, gather around the fire pit to talk, archery, paint ball, large slide, basketball, volleyball and a ton more. The food is good and the wrestlers learn a ton and get to put what they learn into practice with live matches. The camp is well attended with a ton of great competition -- I think last year they had around 400 wrestlers in attendance from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. Well worth the money as the fee includes room/board/shirt.
