If serious about this, I'd suggest the following:
1. Make it NJCAA first, commit to it. Looking to go NJCAA sounds cool but you will get a better and deeper appliacant pool, if in NJCAA. I dont want to say " Nobody", but virtually hardly almost nobody is interested in coaching club wrestling.

2. Consider paying more than $8500. You aren't going to be a nationally competitive program for $800 a month. HS coaches make very similar and most end there heavy responsibilities for the year in March.
