The difference between these top teams is that they do it year in and year out. They are almost always top ten teams. Look at Moses Lake, Sedro, Lake Stevens, Tahoma they have been in the top for a long time. Its not about a title or two when it comes to strong programs. It is success over time. Toppenish has been good the last couple years, with all of their district office help/turmoil I don't think it will continue past the current coach with 3 kids on the team.
