A better question to ask: why does Eastern WA never send HS wrestlers off to college to wrestle when western WA does? Sure once every 10 years an eastern kid goes to juco or div 3, but rarely do they ever attempt to wrestle with the best after HS. Are they too lazy, too dumb for college??
