I agree, the policy needs to change but it needs to be done correctly.
Please “Write your local lawmakers” and also the Wiaa if you disagree with the policy. USA wrestling does it different and has a better policy on this subject.
BUT.. please don’t show up to matches as an adult and boo and hate when all the rules are being followed per wiaa. Remember that person wrestling is still a kid.
