I believe D. Johnson is right where he should be. Here is what I have for notes on that.

At Tri-State, Johnson was pinned by Kai Carson (Idaho) 3:50 in the semis, then Harding lost to Carson in the finals 2-1. Johnson lost to Benitez at Rumble in the Valley 4-2. Johnson lost to Cater at Gut Check 6-3 in the semis, and Cater lost to Zuniga 6-1 in the finals. So if you map that out, I believe the rankings fit perfectly for where they should be;
1- Zuniga
2- Cater
3- Harding
4- Benitez
5- Johnson

The only thing I can't say for sure is who the true #2 is, since Cater and Harding never faced off and didn't really have a legitimate common opponent to my knowledge.
