I can tell you right now, Hec Ed, Beasley and Climate Pledge are out.

Most likely, Toyota Center, Spokane Arena and Everett as well.
Why? They have contracts with professional teams (counting CBB as well), and those teams do not have control over their schedules.

So they can’t GUARANTEE you the Arena will be available at any given time until they get schedules from their teams. You would at BEST have to get on the list for all these locations and grab whatever happens to be open after WHL and Pac 12 schedules are released. Some years, you might only get 2,1 or none of these facilities.

Could you cobble it together? Yes. But prepare for a lot of Sundome and Spokane Convention Center.
