Here is what happened.
The Ike coach asked for a clarification. The ref gave him two misconduct calls and was going to throw him out of the tournament if he continued to protest. Other coaches and the assistants urged him to protest and he did saying it was a misapplication of the rule and not judgement. The Tahoma assistant yelled at the ref saying the wrestler left the mat and the ref then didn't allow the protest.
Maybe someone else can sort this out, but it was wrong. The ref used his power to bully the Ike coach.
