How would Toppenish do in 2A? How would many wrestlers would they get to state If they were in the old school CWAC? I don't doubt they have the ability to win it, but I do think it would be alot harder. I'm looking back on sunnyside's year and noticed they beat tahoma,sumner,Sk,and chiwanna throughout the year, but fell apart at state. perfect example of Quality vs Quantity and it made me wonder how toppenish would do if they were still 2A(Along with all the other schools that were there before the allocation).
108-Orting wins
113-Toppenish has the best 113Lb in state
120-Orting wins
126-I believe the younger Zuniga wins it;however i'm not convinced- after watching him wrestle on the mat. With that said: he would be the favorite in a solid bracket with Harding and Benitez
132-Orting wins(toppenish has no one at 132)
138-Torres won the first encounter with Cruz, but it was close and I believe it could go either way, but Torres is the best in sate at 138 until someone knocks him off.
145-Neither Toppenish or Orting win. I believe Zuniga was pinned by Acosta, and Acosta was pinned in the finals. Any Idea if Zuniga and Gore have wrestled ?
152- I personally Believe Ayala and Maybe even Lopez have the ability to knock Zuniga off. He looked to be small for the weight and Lopez and Ayala were pretty big for the weight class,not to mention very technical. That would be so much fun to watch,regardless of who won(and the district and regional would be wild leading into the tournament)
160-Enumclaw wins,but Ordaz is super fun to watch and would definitely put up a fight.
170-Bremerton wins
182-Bremerton wins
195- I've only watched Luna wrestle time and was unimpressed,JMHO. I personally don't know much about the weight,in general.
220-N.kitsap wins rather easy
285-Matagi wins in competitive match VS Nava

It's a real shame they're wrestling in that diluted division...they're a great team and should be competing with the best...the WIAA has ruined the sport of wrestling in WA.
