Not sure if you know this or not but some moms actually give birth to more than one child on a given day. Some actually have given birth to 2, 3, 4, or even 5 in a single day. So in theory one family could actually make up an entire team in one season, unlikely but possible.

Also there are several kids that can compete at state that are half siblings or even step siblings.
