A games committee can it determine if there was time in the clock still, they cannot determine stalling, they cannot overturn a fall call, why not you ask because you are highly intelligent and versed in the rules THEY ARE JUDGEMENT CALLS.
GCs are only there for misapplications of the rule. The question of when control was lost and or gained was answered by both the timer at the table and the assistant official and is judgment based on the clock on the computer, therefore no misapplication of a rule and the GC should not have even been gathered however the Chiawana coached asked for it and was granted it.
