these matches happened at 3a pcl district tournament not a big deal bout rankings but i do think the 3 seed from pcl deserves the favorable seeding over the pcl 4 seed almost seems like a reward to take 4th over 3rd. guess that's an argument for the actual tournament tho appreciate your input/response.
