A returning state champ who is a two-time tri-state champion and a senior who was a third place state finisher and is this year’s Gut Check Champion are undoubtedly the 2A front runners. 120 for all classes has been very talented this year. Consequently, I think teams who have put their wrestlers in the state’s toughest tournaments even if it dinged up a record will do better than those with fewer losses but wrestled against easier competition. I also don’t think they’ll be a whole lot of movement considering the large weight allowances for tournaments this year. If they could make it, they already wrestled it.
