People should take note here as this is a perfect example of how to respond to a post that may (or may not) be making allegations of something. Is this case the allegation was that 3A ranker is biased. Did you notice his response? No emotion just presented facts and asked a question. This is exactly how people reading something that THEY perceive to be a negative allegation should respond. Don't get mad, just present data proving that the allegation is false that is easy to do and Humint ONE just showed you how. If you can't provide data to refute something then maybe the allegation was correct?

It is very similar to how a coach should handle a questionable (in his mind) call. Don't get mad, just ask a question for clarification. Now, if the the explanation (data) you receive does not accurately reflect the rule in the book, then discuss (provide data from the rules book) with the ref the rule and if you are right on reading the rule then you will get a change on the call. If not right then you need to be ready to receive the Coaches Misconduct call because you know the books says to.

Just a little common sense 101 discussion based on years managing the board and years in both the coaching and officiating trenches. Maybe that will help someone, maybe not.
