The reason some regions are tougher than others is because the east side of the state is tougher than the west. Region 4 will always be the toughest region in the state. 4a region 4 has the #1, #2, #8, #15, #17#, #18, and #19 ranked teams. 7 ranked teams in the top 20,with 3 being in the top 10.
