If you mean historic great program like okie state- yes, but current teams not as big. remember Oregon State vs Boise State several years the teams were actually ranked much higher with more individual studs than these squads ( I think both teams in top 10). Ok State is ranked like 14/15. beavers not ranked. But for all time great teams, ok state won more championships than any school.
