The WIAA says: (interscholastic/collegiate/folk style/ USA wrestling) is different than freestyle and greco. Therefore, a coach CAN coach freestlye and Greco year round, but not interscholastic/collegiate/folk style/ USA wrestling because of the out of season rule..
